Junmai Muu
| Rice: | Shiga-grown Tamasakae |
| Polishing Ratio: | 60% |
| Alcohol: | 15% |
This sake began in 2010 through an encounter between Tomita Shuzo and Takakazu Yagura, a dedicated local farmer who had long been growing table rice without the use of pesticides.
By choosing to eliminate pesticides, farmer and brewery came together around a shared intention—to create something new and meaningful. From this spirit came the name Muu (無有). The result is a sake filled with the gentle softness unique to rice grown without the use of pesticides.
